    Hello everyone,
This is my first post. I have a question (sorry if it was answered somewhere already). I moved to CA from Australia. CTC has a list of tests that I need to take in order to clear my credentials. CSET is one of them but my department head told me to get a CSET waiver because of my master's degree in Math.
Has anyone got the waiver before or has more information about it? Any suggestions or information will be really helpful. Thanks

TeacherGroupie talked about this in a prior post:

    forums.atozteacherstuff.com/index.php?threads/cset-waivers.19365/

She explained it quite excellently, as per normal.

Welcome to A to Z, Paramsingh! I'd recommend that you find your local county office of education (COE, in most counties except Orange) and make an appointment with a credential analyst to discuss what it is that you need to do. Fair warning: you may still need to take the tests.
